Why isn't my poll showing up in the email?
Make sure you're pasting the code in HTML/code view, not the visual editor. Also ensure you've copied the complete code from TapLoop.
Can I customize the poll design?
Design customization is not available on the free plan. However, all paid plans include robust customization options.
